What you can expect from this role

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role will involve working closely with design, engineering, customer success, and operations teams, as well as dealing directly with customers, architecting solutions and product roadmaps for execution. The perfect candidate would have strategic thinking skills, executional problem solving, strong collaboration, creative thinking, and be results-focused.

Where you’ll work

Fully remote. US East Coast or Eastern Time Zone Preferred.

What you’ll accomplish

• Develop and manage product roadmap in alignment with wider product strategy and objectives
• Lead and manage idea-to-solution product development cycle
• Meet with stakeholders, understand their needs and requirements
• Develop, manage and conduct user research activities
• Understand customers and their needs to generate product opportunities
• Work with and extract valuable insights from data
• Manage the day-to-day maintenance and development of the products
• Participate in QA activities to ensure final quality of the products
• Visualize and present ideas to team members and stakeholders
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration, visibility and transparency
• Adopt, contribute to and evolve Product function processes in the organization
• Ensure that the company's responsibilities for ISO 27001 and customer information security are upheld in all activities

What you’ll bring to the table

• Ability to shift between detail orientation and big picture thinking
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Strong ownership of projects and results
• Excellent project management skills: including understanding dependencies, managing stakeholders, keeping projects on track and within budget
• Excellent understanding of interaction design and UX
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Great planning and organizational skills
• Experience working in remote-first distributed teams

We provide a competitive salary range

$85,000 - $95,000/annual
