Summary / Primary Role:
In this position as the Product Manager, we are looking for someone that is inquisitive by nature. Someone that questions everything and challenges others to create industry leading experiences for Odyssey customers. In this role you will be responsible for coming up to speed quickly on our current business processes and building a divisional strategy that brings those experiences from commonplace to extraordinary. A day in the life of this role will involve the following but not be limited to; customer interviews, identification and documentation of requirements, evaluating and capturing business priorities and formulation of requirements into a roadmap that provides the foundation for the product strategy. All these things are done to provide a clear direction for our lines of business and informs the priorities of the technology delivery teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Spend time interviewing our business partners and teams that use technology solutions to learn and document system behaviors and benefits.
· Document capabilities in the form of requirements that match a standard scaled agile requirements hierarchy of Epics, Features and Stories.
· Partner with business teams and user groups to understand the importance and priority of certain existing requirements and provide insight into the priority of future system needs.
· Work across technology team build a plan to deliver system capabilities with a focus on the valuable work first.
· Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices and the key responsibilities as it pertains to the Product Management role.

Qualifications and Key Skills:**
(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills or ability required for this position)
· 5+ years of experience developing, and documenting requirements using standard industry formats (Epics, Features, Stories)**
· 3+ years of experience building planning work into roadmaps that realize key business drivers**
· 3+ years using key business measures (i.e. Revenue, NPS) to inform and adjust a product strategy**
· 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional technology teams**
· 5+ years of experience working in an agile and/or scaled agile work environment
· 2+ years coaching, training, and mentoring other Product Managers in terms of best practices
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English
· Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work harmoniously with a diverse team

Work Environment:**
Normal office environment with some remote work.

Physical Demands:**
Must operate normal office equipment such as a phone, computer, and copy machine. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
