Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and collaborate with the design team to build mockups and prototypes to validate with customers.
- Own the product roadmap, backlog and articulate release schedules and priorities based on customer impact.
- Contribute to product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate features into work items and execute on the roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, SRE, etc. to define release plans and timing
- Be a Product Evangelist for prospects, customers, analysts, and other Amelia employees.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Work with internal delivery teams and partners to define features that enable practitioners to implement and drive value from the Amelia platform.
- Define telemetry and analytics requirements to deliver on product KPIs .
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate suggestions and opportunities into specific feature requirements.
- Skilled at working across internal and external teams; can keep teams informed and solicit contributions from a variety of sources.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Conversational AI, Automation Platforms and/or other Personal Productivity tools and/or IT Operations Management tools.
- Understanding of the Product Lifecycle and how to identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Experience utilizing JIRA and other product / project / engineering tools.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Base salary: $125K - $175K
