About the Role:

The Product Launch Associate will sit at the center of Product Development, Marketing and Operations to ensure that products are moved efficiently through the product pipeline. A successful Product Launch Associate will be highly organized, collaborative, and proactive. The Product Launch Associate will work with our all-star teams to establish achievable timelines, and hold functions accountable for their deliverables. This person will be on the front lines of our most impactful launches - By diving into the processes and understanding the inner workings of our cross-functional teams, this role will help bring 30+ products to market each year! The Product Launch Associate will be critical in establishing sample processes, boosting engagement and "squatching" roadblocks. They will quickly understand and help drive current processes and projects, while constantly looking to drive efficiencies to help improve our Product Development Team capabilities. The Product Launch Associate will report directly to the Product Launch Manager.

This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, California.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $65,000 - $80,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and collaborate with cross functional teams to execute various types of product launches across different channels
  • Track deliverables and ensure timelines are being met while communicating progress to relevant project owners
  • Maintain and organize planning documents, develop playbooks and help drive cross functional reporting
  • Assist in facilitation of cross-functional planning and stakeholder management
  • Manage internal and cross-functional product samples from inbounding packages, cataloging inventory and managing delivery
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities to develop & identify gaps / blind spots in processes
  • Positively motivate and hold teams accountable for hitting their deliverables and deadlines

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Business, Engineering, or related field)
  • 2-4 years in experience in strategy/management consulting, product/cosmetic/beauty industry or project management (preferably within e-commerce or startup companies)
  • Experience with project management strongly preferred - experience with project management systems a plus (Monday, Asana, Jira, etc)
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines while staying highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong Gsuite Skills, primarily Sheets and Slides
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • General interest in health & wellness
  • Hungry to learn and get experience with a fast growing brand
