As the Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for tracking statuses of commodities procurement packages and purchases. Entering and updating statuses of commodities procurement in squadron acquisition databases. Providing collaboration in the creation and editing of commodity acquisition documents. Entering and tracking acquisition requirements into applicable database systems. Receiving deliveries of acquisition material, equipment and supplies and update applicable databases. Processing questions from contracting personnel concerning commodities acquisitions. Acting as liaison between applicable contracting offices concerning commodities procurements and acquisitions. Maintaining storage and supply facilities.
Minimum Position Requirements
Associates and 2-4 years of experience to perform:
Government Purchase Card purchases
Creation and editing of commodity acquisition documents
Receiving deliveries of acquisition material, equipment and supplies and update applicable databases
