POSITION SUMMARY:

Under supervision is responsible for daily audit of jobs completed by centralized subsidiary offices. Ensures End of Job (EOJ) data is collected either via the Company’s two-way communication device submitted by chauffeurs/drivers or via direct communication with chauffeurs/drivers and/or dispatch staff. Reviews system calculated pricing and submitted expenses to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:High school or equivalency degree

Experience: Minimum 1-year accounting/billing/office or similar experience. Experience working with Billing/Accounting systems. Experience working in an Accounts Payable environment is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think logically
  • Ability to use Crystal Reporting a plus
  • Proficient in the use of 10 key calculator by touch
  • 30 words per minute typing
