Responsibilities:
Arcfield is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team!


What you will be doing:

  • Learn about Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ and Time and Materials (T&M).
  • Collects cost data from program operations representatives, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Computes cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor in close coordination with Basis of Estimate (BOE) subject matter expert (SME) or project manager to ensure compliant BOEs.
  • Creates cost models for cost estimating elements.
  • Development of proposal pricing and cost volume deliverables in accordance with technical, management, and cost specifications of on-contract proposals
  • Prepares cost reports and presents findings to management, contract personnel, proposal analysts, customer representatives, price auditors, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Supports audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions as required.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or 1-3 years of relevant federal procurement experience.
  • MS Excel skills including use of formulas.
  • Strong work ethic and be able to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Ability to comprehend processes and learn new systems and tools.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Be proactive in getting the job done.
  • Hybrid work schedule. Willing to come to the office 3 times a week for training and mentoring.
