$15/hr Premium Closer - Your Availability must be able to close (until 11pm) each night.- (shifts can start between 2pm - 6pm, but must be able to work until 11pm.)
Premium Team Member positions helps the store by providing more availability, consistently along with reduced requests to be off each month. This role is not the right position for people with any schedule limitations beyond what the expected availability is. Premium Team Members are initially training in one area (BOH or FOH), but may be trained in more areas as the need arises. Premium positions are at least a 1 year commitment.
$15/hr Premium Closer - able to close at least 4 nights (until 11pm)
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to commit to being a Premium Team Member for at least one year.
- Must be over 16 yrs old
- Must be team oriented, able to be coached and willing to coach others
- Must be able to work in all environments: cold, hot, busy, close with others
- Must be honest, hard-working, adaptable
- Must have a passion to serve others
- Must be flexible to serve where ever and however needed
