Consolidated Machine & Welding is looking for a 1st shift Powder Coat Technician at our Hannibal, MO location. The Powder Coat Technician will operate electrostatic painting equipment to spray negatively charged paint particles onto positively charged workpieces while complying with all company and safety policies and procedures. Pay starting at $17.51 per hour.

What You'll Do:

• Use powder coat spraying equipment to paint metal products.
• Inspect painted units for excess coating and unpainted areas.
• Clean paint from ceiling and walls of booth, conveyor hooks or grid, and from disks, cones, spray heads, and hoses as specified.
• Hand spray parts to cover unpainted areas or apply rust preventative.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to keep a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to comply with policies and procedures, including those related to safety.
