Partnering with our team of business analysts and leading human-centered design strategists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather functional user requirements, and develop recommendations for implementation. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll work to communicate across various stakeholders. You Have:

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Budget Analyst, or Portfolio Manager
• Experience with Business Process standardization or Functional Area Management
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control with the DoD or Federal government
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Human Resource IT systems
• Experience working with the Navy or DoD
• Experience with DoD Application Rationalization
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
