Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
- Operate customer and lot vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Pick up and deliver customer's vehicles in the Bismarck, Mandan area
- Find customer's vehicles on the lot and bring them to the service entrance
- Help technicians move vehicles on the lot and in the shop
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
