Job Title: Skilled Pool Construction Laborer
Exempt Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

· Cleaning and preparing construction site(s)

· Loading and unloading building material and equipment

· Building and taking down foundational forms and temporary structures

· Digging and backfilling trenches

· Assisting electrical, plumbing, steel & concrete trades

Qualifications:

• 1 year construction experience is preferable, but not required
• High School or equivalent (preferred)
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• US Work Authorization
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Ability to occasionally travel
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Ability to work overtime if needed
• Ability to work 10 hours shifts (day shifts)
• Work Monday to Friday
• Be available for Overtime
