Pool Attendant Job at Country Inn & Suites Duluth North
Are you looking for a job where you can interact with people and kids in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a responsible and family friendly individual to join our team as a pool attendant! This position is ultimately responsible to ensure the cleanliness and safety in the pool area for all hotel guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill pools if necessary and restock pool towels before and at end of shift
- Monitors all pool attendees for safety, and politely addresses any concerns
- Maintains cleanliness of pool area and surrounding bathrooms, business and fitness centers, vending areas, stairwells (vacuuming and dusting) and elevator
- Transports trash to outside dumpsters
- Sweeps and mops two outer entrances
- Must be trained on SDS according to OSHA regulations
- Responds to and assists guests in a friendly courteous and efficient manner that is conducive to safety
- Maintains confidentiality with employee and guest issues, financial issues and any other business information
- Assists housekeepers as directed
- Ensures all pool chairs & tables are put back as they belong at the end of their shift before leaving
- Folds laundry as needed
- Runs shuttle as needed
- Must have flexible scheduling availability to include weekends and holidays
