COMPENSATION: $35.00/hr to $55.00/hr depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Journeyman status or greater.
- 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade.
- Ability to read and interpret hand-drawn diagrams and blueprints.
- Safely operate scissors and genie lifts. Safely direct site excavation.
- Knowledge of advanced plumbing practices.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving history.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to perform gas line calculations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 60
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure all charges are correct and collect for all work performed per company policy and procedures.
- Help technicians in the field when appropriate and be available for contact or assistance after hours.
- Turn in all completed paperwork and related forms for billing and processing.
- Assist the service department with service-related issues as directed.
- Always promote positive company culture.
- Provide customers with information about the entire company portfolio.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Cleanliness of company vehicle.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to perform gas line calculations.
