Plant Manager Job at Talento Search Group
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Plant Manager in Spartanburg, South Carolina area. This is a direct-hire position with a starting salary based upon experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performance management of all manufacturing direct staff.
- Set goals, train, and perform continuous improvement activities
- Promote Lean manufacturing, process control, Kaizen, value streams, safety, and budgeting
- Recommend capital expenditures
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management
- Manage and coordinate production, processing, and distribution
Experience Needed:
- At least 10 years of production experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality, Budgeting/Forecasting, Value Stream
- Proven problem solving abilities and the ability to coach a team
