You will:
- Performs treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist, and document treatments in the medical record.
- Coordinate patient care with members of other departments and staff within the Rehab Services Department.
You have:
- Graduate of an approved PTA program
- Current MI PTA license
- Long term care experience preferred.
- COVID 19 vaccination required or an approved exemption
