Physical Therapist, Full-Time.
Compensation: Nonexempt.
Benefit-Eligible position.

A Physical Therapist provides and/or supervises physical therapy treatment for Neighborhood PACE participants, ages 55-100+ years. Acts as a consultant to the program for the rehabilitative components and participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary team. Responsible for initial Physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, home visits, and the development of a treatment plan which is consistent with participant needs. Evaluates the physical and functional status of each participant.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provides and/or supervises the individual PT treatment of participants.
  • Provides clinical supervision to the Physical Therapy Assistants and rehabilitative aides.
  • Effectively documents in the EMR. Completes documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Requires a Valid Massachusetts license certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience working with frail elderly or chronically ill persons.
  • CPR BLS required.
