Physical Therapist Assistant, PRN Job at UNIVERSITY CARE CENTER
University Care Center is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our incredible clinical team for a per-diem position. This is to assist for a few hours during the week, and to treat patients when full-time staff is on vacation or out sick. We see patients 1:on:1 with no requirements for grouping or concurrent treatment (no patient mill here!), and your autonomy as a pracitioner is well respected. We are a skilled nursing and rehab facility located in San Diego and see primarily post-op hospital patients and short-term rehab patients with the goal of returning home.
Shift time: AM (flexible). Looking for weekday and/or weekend availability.
Job Duties: assess patients, create and provide treatments, discuss barriers with Rehab Team, maximize and improve strength and mobility, etc.
COMPETITIVE PAY
- We use Rehab Optima (NetHealth) and Point Click Care, experience is a plus!
