Mainstream Physical Therapy is an orthopedic and sports outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Weirton, West Virginia. We are independently owned and operated by John Kirlangitis since 2004. We pride ourselves in treating all patients and employees with respect and compassion. This philosophy promotes the perfect working environment for our valued employees and patients.
We are excited about the future of Mainstream Physical Therapy. We recently moved to a stunning new facility. This new 7,000 sq. ft. facility features a spacious gym of Cybex , Life fitness and Hammer Strength equipment and a training area for our high functioning and athletic populations.
We our conveniently located directly off of US Route 22 approximately 20 miles from Robinson Township, 33 miles from downtown Pittsburgh and 30 miles from Wheeling, West Virginia.
