Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will provide managerial support to the Director of Pharmacy and other Pharmacy Leadership through day to day departmental leadership and coordination of Pediatric Pharmacy workflow
• You will coordinate and supervise the daily activities of Pediatric Pharmacy delegating staff necessary in accordance with established policies assignments as and procedures and to maintain department productivity
• You will be responsible for helping to create a patient and customer focused department in support of the delivery of exceptional patient care
• You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy programs and services, which includes assisting with formulary management, policy and procedure development, and clinical education across the healthcare spectrum

What qualifications you will need:

• B.S. or PharmD. Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy required
• 4 year's hospital pharmacy experience (preferably within in pediatric pharmacy) required
• Clinical/ operational hospital pharmacy management experience preferred
• ASHP accredited residency, advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MS) or BCPS certification preferred
  
• Applicable State Pharmacy License required
  
• Occasional Travel: The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis.
