Choice Fitness is currently seeking qualified Personal Trainers. Choice Fitness offers scientifically proven training concepts and methods to push clients to perform their best!
They are looking for high energy motivated fitness professionals to create a dynamic and engaging community.
Duties: our daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Bilingual preferred
*Client commissions and performance bonuses
*Commission Rate: 35%-55% and up to $30 an hour
*Growing our Fitness community
*Overseeing all things fitness related
*Assisting and helping the Fitness Manager to develop the PT Department
*Personal Training/Small Group Training
*Available to participate in Wellness Events/Customer Engagement
*Changing lives
*Tracking member success
*Daily club operations
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Trainer must be able to create an energetic environment
*Trainers must have fun!
Education Requirements Preferred:
*Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification: BS, Associate, ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NEPT
*Must have current AED/CPR certification
Compensation= Hourly rate + Client Commissions + Performance Incentives
Job Hours: Full time availability
