CRI will provide you with all the training and support you need to make a difference in the lives of people with all types of disabilities, veterans and elderly people in your community. CRI has an office person on call 24/7, you will always have support from a familiar voice if you need it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a CRI Direct care worker you would assist consumers in their home and community so they can remain as independent as possible.

• Perform personal care, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Planning and preparing meals.
• Light housekeeping such as changing bed linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry.
• Providing companionship including reading, playing cards, board games, and going on outings.
• Provide transportation within the community and to medical appointments as necessary.
• Assist with shopping and other errands as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must have current and valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with current and valid car insurance
• Must be able to pass various background checks
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday’s
