AngelSpan is looking for a Performance Analyst. AngelSpan provides investors and stakeholders of startups with Monthly Updates on key business categories. These professionally hand-crafted reports are personalized for each startup. This service ensures that startups stay top-of-mind while investors remain fully engaged.
Performance Analysts play a critical role in investor relations for AngelSpan clients; they produce Monthly Updates and Announcements that help startups efficiently and effectively communicate with their investors and stakeholders. PAs also serve as the main point of contact for their client, tracking deadlines, sending reminders, and answering questions related to their Updates.
Strong candidates will be motivated to provide excellent customer service and have strong writing and editing abilities. We seek professionals who are comfortable using technology to connect with others and who excel in a fast-paced work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit and review client note submissions to be included in Monthly Updates, Announcements, and Quarterly Reports.
- Score clients monthly on platform usage and business execution performance month-over-month
- Manage deadlines and workflow to send timely Monthly Updates.
- Maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and effective communication via email and phone.

We require the following of our Performance Analysts:
- Bachelor's Degree - required
- Experience in Client Service and/or professional writing and editing - preferred
- Impeccable communication skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail

- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Technologically fluent

COMPENSATION
$50 - $55,000, health benefits, and equity.
This position is based in Austin, TX. but remote work a posibility.
