District Retail Branch Manager

Wenatchee Financial Center

Wenatchee, WA

Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm |40 hours per week

A Day in Your Life at Peoples Bank:

As a District Retail Branch Manager, you will lead the business growth and operations of your primary branch, ensuring outstanding customer service, as well as have oversight of sales, service, and operational performance of the other branches in your assigned retail branch network. You will provide leadership and mentorship to your assigned retail branch managers and organize and direct their activities to ensure success in achieving their branch goals.

Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include:

  • You will contribute to the overall profitability and growth of your branches through successful leadership of the staff and management of the operations.
  • You will assist in the selection, promotion, or transfers of members within your team.
  • You will maintain and expand the business calling program to develop new business a well as maintain your existing customer base.
  • You will actively participate in branch marketing programs and community events.
  • You will be responsible for the marketing, new business development, and overall sales performance of the branch.
  • You will ensure that the customer service goals are consistently delivered.
Requirements:


What You Bring to the Team:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent retail banking experience.
  • You have a minimum of five years of Retail Branch Management experience.
  • You can foster a team environment while effectively managing your own workload and those of your team.
  • You have proven that you have sales and sales management skills, as well as an assertive and persuasive communication style.
  • You can manage complex functions, set production targets and goals, and can develop and manage the related budget.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You have experience with consumer and business credit requests and the ability to recommend loan approval.
  • You have knowledge and experience with information technology as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office products and retail banking software applications.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills including professional etiquette and service mentality.
  • You are skilled at business communication, both verbal and written.
  • You have a strong professional demeanor and high regard for confidentiality.
  • You can travel to other Peoples Bank locations and off-site for meetings and/or training as required.
  • You have the ability to model the Peoples Bank Mission, Vision, and Values.
