Payroll Specialist
WNY company has an immediate need for a Payroll Specialist - interviews this week!
Main responsibilities:
- Process routine high volume payroll on a weekly basis.
- Also assist with other payrolls outside of routine - bonuses, commissions, etc
- Research any payroll variances from expectation and identify if revisions need to be made subsequently
- Assist with payroll reporting and overall payroll analysis
Preferred qualifications:
- 3+ years experience inhouse payroll in high volume payroll department - start to finish
- Multi state experience highly desired
- Experience within ERP and HRIS - can train if necessary
- This role is 100% onsite
- Strong attention to detail and track record of maintaining confidentiality of information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
