Job Details for Patient Services- Emergency and Critical Care :

• Schedule: 4 days a week plus 1 weekend day
• 10:30am - 9pm
• Pay Rate: $18- $20

Job Responsibilities & Description for Patient Services- Emergency and Critical Care :

• Greet & room clients/patients and collect patient history
• Create, communicate and document patient care plans
• Collect payments
• Review and approve surgery invoices
• Schedule surgery appointments
• Manage all surgery department emails, faxes & memos

Job Requirements for Patient Services- Emergency and Critical Care :

• 3 years of client service and/or medical office experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical background and medical terminology training is helpful
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required
• Type/keyboard at least 50 wpm
• Frequently alternate between seated and standing working positions
• Lift up to 30 pounds multiple times per day with or without assistance
• Ability to work long periods at a computer in high noise levels
