Patient Representative- Barrington Job at Lake Shore Pediatrics, PediaTrust LLC
We are growing and adding to the TEAM! Do you have a passion for children? Are you a team player? Are you reliable? Are you a quick learner? Then we want to talk to you! We are pediatric office with locations in (Barrington, Libertyville, and Lake Forest) seeking a dedicated and reliable patient representative to work part time (24-28 hours) per week.
Hours are 8:30am-5pm (3 days a week) Barrington and Libertyville
Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling and registration
- Medical insurance processing and verification
- Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal Signup
- Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances
- MyChart Patient Portal
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk preferred but no required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
- Epic electronic medical record experience is a plus
- Quick Learner
