Our St. Francis hospital is seeking an experienced Patient Registrar . We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine where you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Clerical support for the clinic by:
  • Processing documents
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scheduling appointments for 6 providers
  • Entering patient information
  • Providing medical records support
  • Excellent customer service
Qualifications:
So what experience are we looking for in our Scheduler?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preference will be given to those with at least one year prior experience in medical office setting
  • Preferred knowledge of third party payor requirements and data entry experience
  • Knowledge of general office equipment

  • Ability to interact effectively with different types of people
