Our St. Francis hospital is seeking an experienced Patient Registrar . We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine where you will be responsible for:
Clerical support for the clinic by:
- Processing documents
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments for 6 providers
- Entering patient information
- Providing medical records support
- Excellent customer service
So what experience are we looking for in our Scheduler?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preference will be given to those with at least one year prior experience in medical office setting
- Preferred knowledge of third party payor requirements and data entry experience
- Knowledge of general office equipment
