Patient Care Coordinator Job at Hart Hearing Care Centers, Inc
Hart Hearing Care Centers, Inc. is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for our Lake Geneva, WI location. Voted the TOP Hearing Care Center in the Milwaukee Market for the past 8 years in a row, we pride ourselves on having a unique approach to Hearing care. Our Patient Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for our patients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls for current and prospective patients.
- Making outgoing phone call, emails, and mailing letters to prospective and current patients to generate appointments.
- Greeting patients walking in the doors, assisting in filling out necessary documentation, collecting ID and insurance when applicable and cleaning their hearing aids.
- Scheduling of appointments, collecting and entering payments in an online database.
- Maintaining a clean office and managing office supply inventory.
- Overall assisting in helping to keep the office running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Office experience preferable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team setting.
- Computer skills.

HOURS: TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
