Requirements:

- Professional experience - we prefer to see at least one year in a from-scratch bakery. Ultimately though, we are looking for the right person with a strong passion for baking.

- Strong Work Ethic - cleanliness, organization, efficiency

- Good attitude and the ability to work with others :-)

- A valid Oregon Food Handler's Card

- Open availability; shifts start as early as 3am and do include Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays (we are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving but open all the days around those holidays)

- Non-slip, grease resistant kitchen approved shoes

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.
