The candidate we really want to meet will be able to fulfill the following Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet customer promptly and courteously and present yourself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in the Service Department alongside the Technicians. This is not a Counter Position with in the Parts Store.
  • Working knowledge of marine parts and components and ability to master dealer management software selected by organization.
  • Meet customer demands for parts and accessories.
  • Exhibit proper telephone technique with customers.
  • Handle complaints in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Process Parts requests from Technicians, suggest additional related parts for completing the repair/sale.
  • Process sales from internal customers.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional working relationship with all members of the organization.
  • Process all paperwork on a timely basis and with accuracy.
  • Assist in efficient inventory control to limit Special Orders (i.e., daily bin checks, processing, returns, posting, etc).
  • Track parts and supplies provided to Technicians per Repair Order.
  • Distribute Special Orders promptly and ensure a consistent follow-up policy to relieve inventory.
  • Verify counters, bins, and storage areas are kept clean and uncluttered.
  • Stock items upon shipment arrival.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, keeping work areas within your control clean and organized to lessen safety concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining the professional, clean appearance of the parts department, to include but not limited to cleaning public areas.
  • Attend all assigned meetings
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
