This role can be 100% remote/WFH but must be available to work M-F 8am-5pm AZ Local Time.

As a Parts Representative, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of providing direct communication and customer service support to FMIC dealers via phone, e-mail, web chat, fax and print mail. We are looking for someone who knows our products inside-and-out and who can eat, breathe and sing about guitars, amps and accessories all day long.

About the Job:

  • Assist dealers, distributors, and service centers with parts inquiries about FMIC and Presonus products via:
    • Phone (WebEx)
    • Email (Microsoft Dynamics/Outlook)
    • Chat (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track and solve issues and communicate with customers
  • Input and maintain parts sales orders within SAP production environment
  • Monitor "hot" warranty parts orders and communicate lead times back to customers
  • Weekly reporting on raw parts orders from factory locations to Manager and leadership
  • Curate/maintain/report on NON-revenue parts inventory to solve customer/consumer issues
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert for FMIC and Presonus parts

What you Need:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in MI sales/retail/repair/manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong guitar and electronic parts knowledge
  • Working knowledge of FMIC and Presonus product lines
  • Ability to communicate descriptively and effectively by phone and/or email
  • Bachelor's Degree – preferred but not required
  • SAP knowledge – preferred but not required
  • Ability to analyze order/material information and provide summary a plus but not required
  • A passion for musical instruments at a component level

Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $27,533 - $55,067/yr.
