PROVIDE NECESSARY PARTS TO ANY INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS

• Use computers and cataloging to determine correct parts, pricing, and availability of parts.
• Work independently to provide adequate customer service on the full line of automotive, truck, and bus parts.
• Order special parts and make determinations regarding, quality, price, and shipping availability.
• Assist others as needed.

COORDINATE BILLING AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES

• Prepare detail estimates for customers.
• Provide final invoices to customers & collect payment.
• Ensure all internal parts requests are billed on work orders.

OTHER DUTIES

• Assist with inventory counts.
• Assist in keeping parts area clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Participate in all training programs that are made available.
• Keep current on new products and product updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work one-on-one with customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Must have basic computer experience including Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
