This role is responsible for the enablement and ongoing development and success of Brightcove's partner community. The position works in a cross-functional manner with: partner managers, sales, sales ops, sales enablement, marketing, product marketing, product management, legal, and services. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure partners are well equipped with content, resources, tools, and training needed to confidently and competently increase partner-sourced and partner-led sales cycles
  • Responsible for managing and implementing onboarding and enablement programs (both technical and sales training) for global resale partners (VARs, referrals, OEMs, etc.) in collaboration with the Partner Sales teams and Regional leaders
  • Responsible for Partner Portal content curation, management, and overall user experience to maintain an up-to-date, engaging platform for partners
  • Responsible for the curation of Partner content on Brightcove's public web site
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve the partner learning and sales experience
  • Manage and nurture the global referral partner community
  • Manage a global partner communications plan and regular cadence, keeping partners informed and actively engaged with Brightcove through monthly touch points including webinars, newsletters, product updates, solution launches, and technical ask the expert sessions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for partner sales improvement with focus on uncovering process bottlenecks.
  • Assist to create global partner program collateral and resources to effectively deliver a consistent partner program around the world.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on partner engagement globally and regionally.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 5+ years of channel sales operations and program management experience
  • Prior SaaS experience
  • Partner training/enablement experience and services program management is highly valued
  • Experienced in working with and managing partner portals
  • Project management skills
  • Developing partner programs from scratch
  • Strong communication skills and proven project management required.
  • Must be highly adaptable and able to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented, creative, resourceful, detail oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce.com

The base salary range listed is across locations in the US. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to an applicant's experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and an applicant's work location.
