Partner Contact Coordinator Job at Emerge

Emerge Malden, MA

Emerge is a Massachusetts-based Intimate Partner Abuse Education Program that conducts groups for people who are abusive in relationships. Emerge services are culturally relevant, and we maintain innovative partnerships with victim advocacy programs. To inform our treatment for those who attend our 40-session program, we conduct telephone outreach with their partners/ex-partners. We also provide information to and make referrals for the partners we contact.

The coordinator job has three parts:

  • Direct contact with partners by phone
  • Manage a small database to track partner contacts
  • Coordinate and consult with other Emerge staff

This person should have a minimum of one year of experience doing advocacy and crisis intervention with people who have been abused. The person will also need to have completed a domestic violence victim service agency training. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

The partner contact coordinator is a 24-hour position that is fully remote. The Emerge office is located in Malden, MA.
