One Automotive Group - Ken Vance Motors / Chippewa Valley Mazda Eau Claire, WI 54701
Hours currently available include Saturdays 9am-5pm - this could be weekly or every other week, and additional hours during the week may be available to help fill in for time off.
The Appointment Coordinator will answer incoming calls for service and create complete appointments and schedule work for technicians within a call center setting. The Appointment Coordinator is expected to assist customers with needs relating to the service or repair of their vehicles while ensuring each customer is treated as an individual, with care, respect, and exceptional customer service.
- Create complete service appointments from customer calls including review of customer information and vehicle history
- Verify vehicle current mileage and recommend correct service needed and accurate time expectation
- Enter scheduled appointment in electronic scheduling system
- Ensure customer information is up to date
- Review if vehicle has any open recalls
- Provides excellent customer service both on the phone and in person
Qualifications include:
- Is well organized and thorough.
- Is responsible and dependable.
- Is hard working and enthusiastic
- High School or equivalent (or working towards)
- Some college or automotive/vocational training preferred but not required
- Prior experience in customer contact or sales preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
