Part-time Recruiter Job at Daikin/Goodman Manufactruing
AirReps, a member of Daikin Industries is seeking a professional, skilled individual looking to support our Human Resource department helping with our recruiting efforts at our Bellevue, WA office. You will report to the HR Business Partner. The temp Recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, including the development and execution of attraction, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and developing strategies for high quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Boarding and On-Boarding- recruiting and staffing logistics
- Initiate pre-employment background & drug screening
- Coordinate interviews
- Post roles on social media
- Preliminary phone screens
- May provide support to other HR functions and administrative areas in the Company
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs
- Recruit for talent in the HVAC industry via recruiting platforms
- Reach out to candidates through job fairs, recruiting platforms and email
- Attend weekly meetings with your manager to discuss performance
- Data entry
Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to deliver on-time and high-quality results
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information
- 1+ years of recruiting experience or pursing an HR degree
Education:
- High school diploma, GED or pursing a college degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
