Part-Time Receptionist - Afternoon Shift 3pm - 9pm Job at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale
Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is seeking a dependable receptionist to join our dynamic team! Preferred candidates are friendly and great at connecting with others. Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus! This is a part time role offering 15 – 20 hours per week.
Compensation and Schedule Details:
- Compensation starts at $13.85 per hour
- Monday – Saturday availability required, shifts are 3pm to 9pm (schedules are provided a month in advance)
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Personable and attentive to our customers while transferring them to the appropriate department
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Display a high level of professionalism while answering phones and greeting customers as they arrive
- Support management with various clerical duties, as needed
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, but we'll train you!
- Great listener, absorbs every detail
- Cooperative and can connect with people quickly
- Strong ability to multi task and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred
- Professional work appearance is required
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
