To achieve the level of success that we are looking for, you will be required to:

• Must be detail oriented and be able to multitask. Tasks include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, taking payments, processing incoming/outgoing emails and faxes, handle new patient referrals, and maintain plan of care for current patients
• Be aware of and help meet weekly goals for the clinic
• Possess a genuine interest in people, talking to them and getting to know them. Understanding them on a level that will help you better solve their concerns, spoken and unspoken.
• Become proficient in obtaining patient insurance information, verifying benefits, obtaining insurance authorization and successfully communicating the patient’s out of pocket responsibility before they arrive for their first visit.
• Effectively communicate to our potential patients the benefits of physical therapy so people can “make better decisions about their health”.
• Be computer proficient (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Chrome, Google Sheets, etc)

Position is between the hours of 8am-7pm. Primarily PM hours (2pm-7pm).
