Part-Time Line/Prep Cook Job at Graystone Manor Huntingdon
Graystone Manor Huntingdon is hiring for a Part-time Line Cook/prep cook. Applicant must be available to work between the hours of 11am-7:30pm. Applicant is required to pass a drug screen and medical physical.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Displays willingness to aid residents in their dining experience.
Handles feedback from residents in a positive manner.
Time management: Makes effective use of discretionary time; Consistently meets all meal time deadlines; Consistently meets scheduled shift expectations.
Review menu and daily preparation guidelines prior to food preparation. Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus including therapeutic diets.
Assist in food service production, etc., to assure that meals are prepared on time. Serve food in accordance with established control procedures.
Review special diet requirements to assure they are correct. Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services.
Completes weekly side work and signs off on sheet for work completed.
