About the Role: Northland is seeking to hire a part time Concierge to join our team! The Concierge will be responsible for answering questions concerning and/or give directions around the facilities, keeping accurate records of all arrangements made, and notifying residents of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages and packages. This person will also assist with maintaining current information and materials regarding the community facilities and services along with local restaurants and attractions.
Job Requirements:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
