The Streamwood Company professionally manages Multifamily, Commercial and Office real estate in the South Jersey area. Rapidly growing, we are looking for self-starting individuals who are as passionate for Property Management as our Company is.

We are excited to offer the position of part time Commercial Property Manager Starting April 17, 2023.

The part time Commercial Property Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of the Commercial property Portfolio consisting of 7 office / mixed use retail /office buildings in Haddonfield, NJ to ensure it is operating at its highest standard and according to The Streamwood Company Mission Statement to provide the best possible user experience to the tenants.

The role of the Commercial Manager is to maintain a high level of occupancy, income, satisfaction to tenant and tenant’s customers while acting in accordance with the owner’s goals and directives by preserving or increasing the value of the community. All functions are to be performed at an optimum level for efficiency and thoroughness of operation.

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Scheduling, coordinating, strategizing, analysis, budgeting, planning and performance of capital improvements.
  • Maintain overall curb appeal of property (landscaping, building, grounds).
  • Maintain functionality of building by scheduling and assuring completion of preventative maintenance including but not limited to roof cleanings, gutter cleanings, sewer line jetting)
  • Stay with in budgets set by owner and regional manager.
  • Maintain harmonious relations by communicating effectively with all Tenants remembering to listen carefully and be there for them.
  • Problem solving and documentation of all complaints or unusual situations.
  • Effectively communicate with Tenants, vendors, contractors and TSC staff
  • Assure that maintenance requests submitted by tenants are completed quickly and courteously to the tenant’s satisfaction by scheduling Contractors and Vendors to complete said task
  • Maintain accurate records in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Records include but are not limited to, Rent Rolls, collection reports, CAM reports
  • Maintain professional office environment with appropriate levels of organization, efficiency, cleanliness.
  • Explore ways to lower costs while maintaining the property standards.
  • Enforce the lease agreement.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
