Job Summary:

The job of the Client Experience Specialist is to ensure that the client experience with the company is positive and seamless. In the event of a client escalation issue, the Client Experience Specialist would work to swiftly find a resolution. They report to the owner for major decisions, but have the authority to evaluate the effectiveness of the client workflow and handle situations as they arise.

Duties Responsibilities:

  • Manage client reservations from point of proposal to return from travel
  • Process client payments and invoice suppliers
  • Finalize client itineraries and send pre-travel correspondence
  • Manage incoming emails and draft responses for approval
  • Review and adjust the comprehensive client experience to ensure brand consistency
  • Handle escalated client issues to find a mutually beneficial resolution
  • Manage external client communications, such as newsletters and promotions
  • Handle travel changes & communicate with travel vendors to oversee adjustments.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to learn about offers and products that will enhance the client experience
  • Send all birthday, anniversary, and referral appreciation emails, when applicable
  • Manage client gifting
  • Record all meeting minutes
  • Assist in on-boarding new agents by way of training on the company workflow and client experience philosophy
  • Implement any workflow adjustments due to company process changes and/or regulatory changes
  • Other duties as assigned

About The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a background communicating with high-level/ luxury clientele.
  • Is inspired by travel and interested in learning more about the nuances of the industry.
  • Is passionate about creating an enjoyable travel experience for every single one of our clients.
  • Has a knack for approaching high-stress situations with a calm, level head.
  • Has a background in a metrics-based industry and can prove meeting/exceeding assigned goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 3 - 5 years in a high-touch customer service role
  • Proven organizational skills
  • High level of comfort working with clients
  • Knowledge about different social media channels
  • Knowledge of basic website edits
  • Organized, creative and likes a deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self motivated
  • Desire to grow professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Will work standard business hours based on 8 - 5 PM CST
  • Access to their own technology (computer and phone not provided)
  • Reliable and quiet workspace
  • Comfortable working across various technology systems
  • Marketing, Social Media and SEO experience preferred

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree required
