We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and grounds, including inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, performing general repairs and cleaning, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain buildings, equipment, and lots.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Perform basic electrical work, such as changing light bulbs and wiring outlets.
- Perform plumbing repairs, such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, digging out water hydrants.
- Perform carpentry work, such as installing shelves and repairing doors.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
