Summary: Drives truck over established route to deliver oxygen to facilities and patients. Incumbent also transfills oxygen picks up equipment and completes paperwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: The responsibilities, tasks, and duties of the jobholder might differ from those outlined in this job description and other duties may be assigned as part of the job.


  • To deliver oxygen product to patients at home or in a facility
  • To transfill liquid oxygen to patients at home or in a facility
  • To deliver and/or pickup Oxygen and Respiratory equipment
  • To complete all of the paperwork for the tracking of oxygen product and equipment to be turned in for proper billing
  • To adhere to all DOT,OSHA, FDA, JCAHO and Schryver Medical standards
  • To maintain company vehicle by doing daily inspections and turning the vehicle in for preventative maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining that equipment is in good condition
  • To work on-call hours if needed
  • Must have good customer service skills

PRODUCTIVITY MEASURES:

  • Accuracy of the number of oxygen fills completed per day
  • Accuracy of the number of fully completed oxygen logs
  • How well patient information packets are completed
  • To perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor
