Oxygen Driver Job at TridentCare
Summary: Drives truck over established route to deliver oxygen to facilities and patients. Incumbent also transfills oxygen picks up equipment and completes paperwork.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: The responsibilities, tasks, and duties of the jobholder might differ from those outlined in this job description and other duties may be assigned as part of the job.
- To deliver oxygen product to patients at home or in a facility
- To transfill liquid oxygen to patients at home or in a facility
- To deliver and/or pickup Oxygen and Respiratory equipment
- To complete all of the paperwork for the tracking of oxygen product and equipment to be turned in for proper billing
- To adhere to all DOT,OSHA, FDA, JCAHO and Schryver Medical standards
- To maintain company vehicle by doing daily inspections and turning the vehicle in for preventative maintenance
- Assist in maintaining that equipment is in good condition
- To work on-call hours if needed
- Must have good customer service skills
PRODUCTIVITY MEASURES:
- Accuracy of the number of oxygen fills completed per day
- Accuracy of the number of fully completed oxygen logs
- How well patient information packets are completed
- To perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor
