ABOUT THE JOB:

As an overnight caregiver, you play a crucial role in keeping our clients safe at night. You strive to preserve dignity and enhance the quality of life of your clients who face a decrease in independence. You look to be ever present and comforting during their time of need and you remain compassionate and friendly during stressful times. The essential duties and responsibilities of an overnight caregiver include:

• Stay vigilant at all times in case a client awakens
• Provide standby assistance to reduce the chance of falls
• Assist with walking/mobility during the night

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of caregiving or companion experience
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (we can help)
• Fully immunized against COVID-19 (unless exempt)
• TB test or chest x-ray with no abnormalities in the past 24 months
• Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
• CNA or HHA certification is desired but not required
