About the Position:

• Generate and confirm appointments, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales objectives for new business.
• Perform property inspections, scouting storm-affected areas, and educating customers about our products and services.
• Writing and providing estimates for customers, meeting with insurance adjusters, and generating contracts.
• Build value-added relationships with customers within your assigned territory and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support including follow up contact and consultation, after the sale.
• Keep up to date sales activity in our CRM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In addition, effective communication and interpersonal skills will help this candidate succeed as an Outside Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Ideally, this role would grow into a Sales Leadership position within 12 months.
