What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities in Abrasion Resistant, Ballistic, and Defense grades of Plate
• Work closely with the customer service, supply chain and operational teams to continuously improve the customer experience with CMC Impact Metals
• Manage costs and maximize profitability
• Inventory Management
• Experience in Inventory Control
• Retain and grow exisitng customer business by understanding their needs, cross selling and building strong relationships
• Conduct business review meetings with customers and report customer information internally through call reports
• Make customer visits and attend conferences as needed to better understand industry needs and develop markets
• Overnight Travel up to 40%
• Engage in problem resolution while balancing the needs of the customer and company
• Maximize profits through effective pricing practices and negotiation
• Balance inventory and operational limitations while meeting the expectations of customer
• Maintain prospect list and detailed quote log to track success rate

What You'll Need

• Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Experience in specialty plate products including Ballistic Armor - both Commercial and Military grades and Abrasion Resistant Plates - End use application and grades
• Stay current with desktop applications and can optimize the performance of these applications (MS Office Suite, Skype, MS Teams, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills - articulate communicator, adept in both electronic and verbal communications, professional appearance and demeanor

Your Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
