Serenity Healthcare is seeking an
Outpatient Treatment Coach for our Southlake, TX office. In addition to medication management, Serenity offers TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) therapy and Ketamine Infusion therapy, giving our patients alternative options and a sense of hope, when other treatments have failed. The primary role of our technicians is to administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and build relationships, while connecting with patients throughout the duration of their treatments. - No previous TMS experience required, paid training and certification.

Responsibilities
- Enabling effective treatment by accurately positioning and operating the TMS equipment.
- Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with various mood disorders.
- Support patients during treatments using positive communication and reinforcement.
- Follow implemented TMS protocols.
- Keep patients on schedule and punctual.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- At least 2 years of full-time customer service experience in a high-volume customer service industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems and Microsoft Office.

Location: Southlake, TX
Position: Full-time: 5 days a week, 7.5-hour shifts
Shift Hours: 6 am to 1:30 pm
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
- This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire.
