Bay Auto Parts is an auto recycling business that has been providing quality used auto parts to Northeast Wisconsin and the surrounding areas since 1960.

We are looking for Outdoor Automotive Parts pullers to join our growing company. We offer health, dental and vision insurance to our full time employees. There are plenty of advancements in the company ranging from our more advanced automotive careers like dismantler to leads, supervisors, and management. Outside work: yard order processor

The primary job duty for this position is to pull parts from salvage vehicles for customer orders. This is an all season all weather outdoor position. Rain or shine; snow, ice, wind chill no matter, the work still goes on because customer still expect their parts. It's a great position if you love working outdoors and love working on cars!

This is a light duty auto tech position. Parts removal from vehicles would include removal of parts such as doors, fenders, headlights, taillights, seats, radios, suspension, tailgates, hatch gates, bumpers, mirrors, etc. This is not a dismantling position so you will not have to pull engines, transmissions, transfer cases or other major drive train parts. Many of the vehicles you will pull parts from have already been dismantled in the shop and then set back out in the yard.

No part installations, just removal.

Great opportunity to build your automotive knowledge! You will have the opportunity to work on all makes and models, import and domestic, cars, trucks, SUVs.

You will be provided with a yard truck. You must have your own tools. A basic set of tools will do to start with. A cordless impact and a few batteries is important. No diagnostic tools needed.

We are paperless! You will use a company provided Samsung Galaxy tablet or smart phones for work orders. They have wireless connectivity. Take pictures of parts and vehicles as you pull orders. Communicate with sales staff via built in instant messenger app.

Training will be provided but automotive experience is beneficial. We can train applicants with less experience.
